2. Third-Party Online Ordering & Takeout

Our website provides links and redirects to third-party online food delivery and ordering networks, specifically DoorDash, UberEats, and SkipTheDishes. Please be advised of the following:

• Platform Terms: Any pickup or delivery order you place through these links is governed entirely by the independent terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those respective third-party platforms. We do not manage or control their software, payment processing, or delivery networks.
• Abandoned Takeout Orders: Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has begun, your selected payment card will be charged in full. If you place a takeout order and fail to pick it up, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Catering Operations, Deposits & Cancellations

Big Slice Restaurant provides local catering services structured strictly by tray and platter sizes. Our catering policy relies on strict preparation timelines:

• Deposits & Confirmation: A deposit is required to secure your booking date and authorize us to begin purchasing ingredients and preparing your customized order.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your catering order and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel your event within 48 hours of the scheduled date, or after food preparation has physically begun, no refunds will be granted and any deposits paid will be forfeited to cover kitchen labor and product costs.

4. Allergen & Food Safety Disclaimer

Cross-Contamination Notice: Big Slice Restaurant is a traditional Italian establishment. Wheat, gluten, and dairy (including various cheeses and milk products) are constantly present and actively handled across all preparation surfaces within our kitchen environment.

Furthermore, while peanuts are not a core ingredient in our main dishes, peanuts and tree nuts are present in certain desserts and may exist as trace contaminants derived from standard manufacturing, external suppliers, or shared transportation links.

We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies are advised to exercise extreme caution and order at their own discretion.

5. Post-Delivery Catering Liability

For all catering events, Big Slice Restaurant ensures that all hot and cold platters are prepared, transported, and delivered in strict compliance with local public health regulations.

Liability Limitation: Once our catering staff or delivery drivers have dropped off the food platters and departed the venue, Big Slice Restaurant completely waives any and all liability regarding foodborne illness. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that leftovers are properly monitored, refrigerated, or reheated in accordance with safe food handling standards. Consumption of food left at room temperature for extended periods is at the client’s own risk.

6. Menu Content, Prices & Errors

All items, descriptions, and prices listed on this website are for informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy, typographical errors regarding menu availability or pricing may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or item changes at the store level before fulfilling any orders.
